Today, millennial account for 50% of the workforce. By 2030, they will comprise of 75% of the workforce in the construction industry. Companies need to prepare, and it will be the smart business leaders who think about how they can attract and leverage the digital native generation to infuse their organizations with fresh ideas and new approaches.
